Living in one of the most expensive cities in the world, I'm not a really a girl that can afford "the best of the best". Don't get me wrong, I shop. I wasted money on clothes with absurd patterns so of course, could only wear a few times. My NEW thing is to buy solid, simple, cheap shirts/dresses/skirts and pair with an eccentric chunky necklace. It definitely makes a statement.

I agree with you on that..a chunky necklace can make even a simple top or dress look extraordinary.
