Cindy Chao, only in her 30's, is the only living fine jewel artist who has been inducted into the Smithsonian Institute. Her collections are endearingly artistic, like small sculptures crafted from exquisite gemstones. Chao also creates smaller custom versions of some of her designs for private clients....BUT there is a 2-3 year waiting list....AND by invitation only. She's kind of a big deal.
